I loved the stunning hilltop view of this hotel. The cleanliness was also remarkable. The hotel facilities were exceptional and the staff was warm and welcoming.

We had a great New Year's Eve at this hotel! The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring the charming town that surrounded us. we really enjoyed the free Wi-Fi in the lobby which allowed us to stay connected and share photos of our trip with our friends and family.

We were disappointed that our room did not have air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable when temperatures rose in the late afternoons and early evenings. We also had trouble finding a parking space on the nights when the hotel was at full capacity.

Breakfast buffet was very fresh and rich.

The bathroom seemed to have canalisaton problems, which caused uncomfortable smell.

We stayed at the Junior Suite as we were 'downgraded' from the Emperor's Suite which was double booked. Spacious room, good comfortable beds, good shower.

Staff in the restaurant is unexperienced, not up to (international) standards. Quality of food is substandard.

The hotel offered a perfect experience with its excellent location, facilities, food and drink. The room had a nice bed, great view, and convenient walk-in-closet. The bar, managed by Carmen, was fantastic and she was always smiling and happy.

The hotel was in a very scenic position. The room was large and comfortable. The spa facilities were very good and I enjoyed the massage and facial very much. This was also very good value. Staff were helpful and always pleasant and polite. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good.

Service in the restaurant was geared towards the group and tour parties on the buffet dinner package so we felt the a la carte menu although good was poorly prepared and served. This was the only down side to our stay.

The room amenities, such as the ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities, were all thoughtfully provided. The sitting area and terrace offered a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the views.
